Giving Back to the Community
I was introduced to two charities when I was four years old and have been volunteering for them since. Today, I am a Youth Spokesperson for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where I help raise money for cancer research. I am also a Youth Ambassador for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, an organization that fulfills wishes of kids with life-threatening illnesses. Recently, I got involved with a charity called Books for the Barrios which aims to improve the education of underprivileged children in the Philippines. I hope you check out these causes that are close to my heart.
